Refund Policy For Flowers
As flowers are perishable items we do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with the items delivered you must report this to us within 24 hours from receiving your item. We will ask for proof of 3 clear photos of received item. All this information can be emailed to us at info@aspenflora.com
We will consider the best option to solve any issue. We can only replace a like for like product which will be sent out as soon as possible to the original delivery address. Unfortunately, we do not offer a refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
